Yes. It can draft a professional response to negative feedback as well as positive or mixed reviews. Check that the wording reflects what happened and does not make promises you cannot keep.
Can I paste a review in another language?
The generator accepts review text in any language. Check the response’s language and meaning before you use it, especially when you are not fluent in the language.
Does it post the response for me?
No. You review the draft and post the reply yourself on the platform where the customer left the review.
Can I use it for Google reviews?
Yes. Paste the text of the Google review into the generator, edit the draft and post it through your business profile. You can also draft replies to reviews from other platforms that allow business responses.
What should I check before posting?
Check names, facts, tone and any suggested action. Remove invented promises, refunds or explanations. Avoid including private customer information in either the input or the public reply.
