Open the example report
The example analyses feedback about the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas for 20–27 July 2026. It shows the structure of an operations intelligence report: a management summary, issues with supporting evidence, strengths, next actions and a priority matrix. The example is an analysis of public feedback; it is not a claim that Bellagio commissioned or endorsed ReviewsBlender.

Start with the executive summary
The opening summary is intended to give management a usable picture before they read individual reviews. In this example, positive themes include the property’s setting, rooms and guest experiences. Concerns cover service consistency, room preparation and the handling of reported problems. These are reviewers’ accounts, not independently established facts about every stay.
A useful summary preserves disagreement. Guests can praise a property overall while criticising one part of the experience. Some reviewers may be visitors to an attraction rather than overnight guests. Those differences matter when deciding which team should investigate.
Trace each issue to the evidence
The issues table puts the operational interpretation alongside supporting feedback. Read the underlying review before treating a condensed statement as a verbatim quotation. Summaries and translated excerpts should remain distinguishable from the reviewer’s original words.
The distribution section records 88 Google Maps reviews, 21 Booking reviews and one Tripadvisor review in this example. Facebook and Trustpilot have no reviews in its stated window. A supported channel with no feedback is not evidence of a problem, or proof that the business has no presence there.
Understand the priority matrix

The matrix helps turn a list of comments into a manageable decision. Frequency asks how often a theme appears; impact considers the consequence for customers; effort considers what it takes to investigate or change. A serious isolated safety concern may need attention before a frequent minor inconvenience.
Check the denominator behind any percentage: all collected reviews, text reviews, negative reviews or theme mentions are different measures. Figures in the supplied PDF have not been independently re-counted for this walkthrough. The example illustrates the report format; it is not an industry benchmark.
Our methodology guide explains these distinctions and why a review pattern is a starting point for operational investigation.
Use the next actions in a management meeting
The example finishes its main analysis with three actions for the week. Assign an owner, agree what evidence they should check and set a review date. If cleanliness is a recurring concern, for example, compare the feedback with room inspection records before deciding that a particular shift or colleague is responsible.
The most useful follow-up is specific: what changed, when it changed and what happened in later feedback. A better overall star rating can be encouraging, but it does not by itself demonstrate that a particular intervention worked.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the report format customers receive?
It is an existing ReviewsBlender example showing the format and depth of analysis. Actual coverage, volume and recommendations depend on your business and available feedback.
Does the example prove that the named hotel is a customer?
No. An analysis of public reviews does not establish a commercial relationship or endorsement. The separate customer case studies describe customer engagements.
