Review Monitoring FAQ

Quick answers to the questions businesses ask before signing up for review monitoring or ordering an intelligence report.

What we monitor

Which review platforms does ReviewsBlender monitor?

Google, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Yelp, Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Facebook reviews, and other platforms relevant to your sector. We configure which platforms matter for your business type at setup — a restaurant has different priorities than a hotel or a retail brand.

How quickly will I receive an alert when a new review appears?

Most new reviews are detected and alerted within 2–6 hours. This places you well within the 24-hour response window that Google and TripAdvisor both reward algorithmically.

Can I monitor multiple locations?

Yes. Each location is a separate monitoring instance at $59/month. For 3+ locations, contact us about group pricing.

Intelligence reports

What is the guarantee on the intelligence report?

Every $99 report is guaranteed to contain a minimum of 3 actionable insights — specific operational recommendations with estimated impact. If we cannot deliver at least 3 from your review data, you receive a full refund. We have never issued a refund for businesses with 30+ reviews.

How long does a report take to deliver?

5 business days from receipt of your business details. For multi-location group reports, allow 7 business days.

How many reviews do I need for the report to be meaningful?

Minimum 30–50 reviews across platforms for meaningful pattern analysis. 100+ gives the most granular recommendations. Below 30 reviews, we will tell you before you order.

Pricing and cancellation

Can I cancel the monitoring plan at any time?

Yes — no minimum term, no cancellation fees. Cancel any time from your account dashboard.

Can I order a report and start monitoring together?

Yes, and many customers do. The report analyses your review history; monitoring alerts you to all new reviews going forward. Together: historical intelligence + real-time alerting.

Comparison with other tools

How is this different from Birdeye or Reputation.com?

Those are enterprise platforms with five-figure budgets, lengthy implementation projects, and complex dashboards that show you what is happening. ReviewsBlender tells you what to do about it — for $99 one-off or $59/month, no implementation, no contract, no account manager required.

What if I just want to try the monitoring for one month?

That is fine — sign up, cancel after one month if it is not working for you. No minimum commitment.
